Mold Assessment Process

Performance Mold assessment- The inspector will search for any visible Mold growth and for conditions conducive for the growth of Mold.
Provided Mold Report- After inspection you will be provided with a Mold report on the findings.
Mold Protocol- If the Mold impact is enough to fall with in Texas state regulations for Mold remediation a protocol can be provided.
Lab Analysis- The inspector will take samples to identify what type of Mold is present to insure the correct procedures are taken for the Mold remediation.
Clearance Inspection- On completion of Mold remediation an inspector will come back out to insure that the project was completed correctly.
Final Clearance Report- With successful completion of Mold remediation you will be provided with a final clearance report. This can be stored with paper work for the structure to prove the remediation was completed.
